STRESS REDUCTION
Excessive worrying, re-playing and rehearsing conversations in our head, becoming easily irritated, or feeling exhausted are all signals that stress is present in the body. Working primarily with Craniosacral Therapy, breathing exercises, and meditation I will help you increase your awareness of how stress is manifesting in your mind/body system. Together we will work with one or all of these practices in response to your specific needs, reducing the physical and emotional impact of stress.
