Whether you are developing core strength, flexibility, pursuing physical excellence, or just wanting to feel more at home in your body, Diamond Body offers you many possibilities. Starting with the mind, I will work with you to develop compassionate awareness as you engage your body. When distracted, exercise will lead to poor performance, frustration, boredom and even injury. Awareness of your body sensations empowers you to make adjustments and improvements. In doing so you avoid injury and strain, reap more benefit from your exercise, and increase your athletic ability over time. Strong mind, Strong body.
