MEDITATION
Meditation will teach you in-depth techniques which develop a strong and supple mind and heart. A stressed and untamed mind is constantly engrossed in thoughts of the past or the future: a small mind jumping like a flea from one thought or emotion to another. Tuning into the sensations of body, breath and environment on the spot is training us to be aware of the relaxed space of our big mind. This awareness frees us from being trapped in our small jumpy mind. It allows us to experience our big mind, which IS awareness. Our big mind is more truly who we are.
