I provide a variety of somatic disciplines in order to support you in a variety of stages on your path.
The gentle yet profound, holistic healing of Craniosacral Therapy addresses acute injury, chronic pain, stress, illness, and the transformation of long-standing imbalances and injuries. The practices of yoga and pilates train mind-body synchronization while enhancing tone, flexibility, and range of motion. The practice of meditation is key to uncovering insight by training your mind to be supple, strong and clear.
When practiced with precision and relaxation, these somatic disciplines heighten your awareness. As you gain insights, you become more confident and capable to choose how you want to live in you body; how you want to engage the world around you.
